GSC 43rd Founding Anniversary

With the theme “Celebrating 43 Years of Excellence and Compassion” the whole GSC community celebrates the institutions more than Four decades of providing not just excellence in the field of education but also keeping compassion ablaze throughout the years. The weeklong celebration consisted different programs, competitions, talent shows, bazaar, exhibits, medical missions and other fun and exciting student activities.

The Clash of Samaritans "Dance Competition"

Students exhibited their amazing dancing and creative skills. They were given “Chandelier” by Sia Furler as the main music/ theme of their routine and they were allowed to add other elements to show their creativity and uniqueness. The College of Allied Health Professions emerged as the Champion.

Fashionista 2016 "Candy Costumes"

IS students hit the runway with their stunning colorful costumes. Audience couldn’t help but be amazed and take pictures of this fashion magazine worthy scenery.

Mr. and Ms. Samaritan 2016

It was indeed a night of beauty and talent as the candidates coming from different department competed to be crowned as the Mr. & Ms. Samaritan 2016. The show started with a glamorously choreographed production number by the candidates.

It was followed by an amazing display of creative costumes with god of Ice and goddess of Fire as the theme. The segment provided the audience a Miss Universe experience as they were surprised by how the candidates prepared for their stunningly massive costumes.

The summer wear and evening gown/formal wear completion followed to showcase their beauty and sense of style in choosing the best attire that suits them, enhancing their good looks and style.

Mr. John Lester Martinez (Bachelor in Elementary Education) of College of Education and Ms. Abigail H. Manuel (Graduate of Midwifery) of College of Nursing was crowned as Mr. & Ms. Samaritan 2016.
