GSC brought out a different version of my personal demeanor. My SHS life at GSC made me embrace unity in diversity and to survive and rise above any challenges. The most remarkable lesson that I learned from GSC community is the line “True wisdom comes with application.” That wisdom led me to have best decisions in life. One of which is to choose a future proof career path and be continuously nurtured by our beloved institution.
I’ve always dreamed to be a leader and a beauty queen, but I was ashamed to say it, even to my parents. I was shy, reserved and insecure, but GSC helped me overcome these traits. The institution molded me since I was just a Junior High School student until I moved up to Senior High School. From personality development and leadership training to sports, dance and journalism, they got it all covered. Now I can say that I am ready to face the new challenges in my life, because I know that God, my family and Good Samaritan Colleges trained me well.
Ako ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa mga maituturing kong best mentors sa College of Education. Ang isa sa mga mahahalagang natutunan ko sa kanila ay ang pagiging bukas na matuto sa iba’t ibang klase ng tao at pagkakataon. Ang pagkakaroong ng “growth mindset” bilang isang indibidwal ay masasalamin mula sa kanila na mabubuting Gurong Samaritano. Natutunan ko din sa kanila ang mas maging committed sa propesyon pinili ko.
It’s been 47 years since our beloved Alma Mater was established. Good Samaritan stood against multitudes of odds to uphold its mission in producing competent, compassionate and committed professionals who render selfless service to humankind. In these years to come, may the flames of the torch of GSC continue to blaze and shine enlightenment to the life of many individuals.
GSC is really committed and true to its word, “From enrollment to employment.” Being part of the GSC community has helped me a lot in my personal and professional growth.
GSC really helps teachers mature professionally through its various year-round trainings and workshops as part of the school’s faculty development plan.
It is an honor to work with professional and positive people. All staff here at GSC work together to ensure students are getting what they deserve.
I still remember the day when I first entered Good Samaritan Colleges. I was so nervous and have no self-confidence. My voice is shaking when I introduced myself to the crowd. I thought that I will be a misfit in this school because I saw a lot of students as more confident than I am. Like they figured out senior high school already. But time passed, GSC molded me to be a better person. My teachers and my classmates help me build my confidence and guide me on the thing I must learn. My experience here in GSC also thought me to do my best in every given task while enjoying it and making new friends at the same time. Thank you, GSC for being part of my growth as a person and as a student. I can say that my senior here was one of the best moments of my life because as GSC, ALAGA KA.
I do believe that GSC is the best school among the other school. And to be honest, I really want to study here before I became a SHS student. I believe that this is the best school for those who dream of becoming a nurse and an educator. And I made the right decision choosing GSC. I learned to be competent, compassionate, and committed Samaritatno. I am also grateful that the GSC never left us during this time of the pandemic. Even if we do not have a face to face class, they never failed to show their overflowing love and support to us.
They never failed to make us feel that we are their first priority. That’s why we shouldn’t let this pandemic stops our dream because GSC is doing their best for us. Let’s work together and soar high up! Now I can say that I AM PROUD TO BE A SAMARITANO!
